Poppies, Weybourne. Quiet and relaxing.
lovely peaceful bungalow in quiet culdesac

Quiet location not far from the main coast road in Weybourne. Good coast hopper bus all along the coast but very crowded in August,Better than trying to park a car. Plenty of walks and there is always the steam train. Had a lovely holiday and I always keep coming back to Norfolk. … see more
Woodside Weybourne
Something for Everyone

We visited as a couple in our 60s and, for part of the time, with young family. The house is extremely comfortable and well-equipped, with lots of books, information leaflets etc. and with an attractive and sheltered garden. We didn't need the woodburning stove as the weather was good, but I would imagine its a great addition for the cooler evenings (lots of logs) When our young and very young family members joined us, the house, garden and its facilities proved more than adequate. There is a good general store/coffee shop/post office/delicatessen in the village and we enjoyed good food at the busy local pub. The expansive local beach (mostly sand) is a short walk away and, of course, there are many other attractions for children and adults along that coast. The village itself is good for, say, a wander in the evenings As a couple we enjoyed the long easy walks along sections of the coastline such as The Peddars Way coastal nature path and particularly appreciated the ample wildlife and birdlife There is a coastal bus that runs through Weybourne village (don't forget your bus pass!) which we used to hop on and off at various places such as Wells next the Sea. Taking the car, venues such as the Blickling Estate and Sheringham Park are soon reached Took a super picture of the steam train passing below us from our high point at Sheringham. (Remember your National Trust cards). We look forward to visiting again to see some of the many attractions we missed.see more
