“Excellent Get Away” Absolutely fantastic break down near Warwick and Stratford. The barn conversion is beautifully done, with two great sized bedrooms and a huge open plan living area. Well set up for small children and so quiet too. It feels like the middle of nowhere despite being only 15 minutes from Stratford and Warwick. We had a fabulous break and would happily come back again.

“Excellent location” This mews house is bigger than the photos suggest and was very comfortable for 4 adults. kitchen well stocked and furniture is comfortable. The setting is ideal, in a small gated courtyard, round the corner from the village it is 2 minutes walk to the shop, pub and local fish and chip shop! Ideal location. Owner easy to contact and very good communication. My one small niggle was it could have done with a good dust around skirtings however overall it is a fantastic cottage with great facilities and a great location. Would recommend it.

“Great cottage, fab location, amazing hot tub” Lovely cottage, shame it's only big enough for two. Great character, and the hot tub was wonderful to jump into at the end of the day, just after breakfast, before going out to dinner, anytime really! Charlecote and the surrounding area has plenty to do from sight seeing to cycling, and a trip to the local airfield is an anoraks dream. Thoroughly recommend it.

“Amazing Quince cottage” Myself, my sisters and son had the most amazing two days at Quince cottage, it had everything we needed to make it perfect. We were looking for some chilled time altogether and this cottage in its perfect location was idyllic. From the scenic location to the fabulous tennis courts and beautiful perfect size cottage with everything we needed there. Karen was the perfect host with her little dog Tilly, thank you Karen for the little hamper when we got there, the marmalade was to die for. This was an amazing place to stay and we will definitely be coming back, we can’t wait Michelle,Trin,Irene and AJ x

“Great, peaceful boutique cottage!!” I took my wife and 7 month old for a long weekend over Easter for a little 'Family Time'. The cottage was fantastic and very comfortable with everything we needed to feel at home. We would like to thank Sarah for being 'on hand' for anything to make our stay more relaxing.....even though she was on a break herself!! Location was good with a very pleasant walk along the canal in to Stratford upon Avon and the train station was also very handy. My wife and I would definitely like to return in the future.

“Luxury in a stunning location with great walks” The attention to detail in this modern conversion and plenty of space gave us the perfect last weekend of half term break . There was every type of indoor entertainment and WiFi for news and information but then we were so lucky with the weather that we were able to enjoy the walks and views all around us .
