3 The Copse
Lovely warm, well equipped modern house, ideally situated

The house was warm and well equipped, very modern and spacious. It is not a homely house, but comfortable enough for a short stay. Everywhere was beautifully clean. We would recommend using the second bedroom as the master as there is very little storage in the main bedroom and the en suite shower and wash basin are very compact. The bed was very low and the platform base looked good but is impractical! Although there is only one parking space there is plenty of parking on the main road and space to park and unload outside the house. Even in frosty November it was very warm with the sun on the windows and I can imagine it would be very hot in summer. There is hardly any outdoor seating space - just 2 seats overlooking the car parking. Vertical blinds and no curtains meant the bedrooms were very light in the mornings. The owner met us on arrival and was friendly and welcoming. It is ideally situated for Tuckton and southbourne and you can catch the ferry to Christchurch.see more
