Thank you for your review, I am delighted you enjoyed your holiday at the Palms, it is important to me. I agree that the house is not for elderly or disabled people, and it is not advertised as such. Regarding decoration and modernisation, the house was purchased in April 2015 and immediately redecorated throughout the entire interior. All of the fabrics and furnishings were purchased at that time. Furthermore, a new television was installed in the bedroom and a new washing machine in the kitchen in July 2016. . The exterior of the front of the house was redecorated in July 2016. Please be assured there is an on-going maintenance programme, both indoors and out. I regret that the neighbours disturbed you one night, normally they are very quiet, indeed it is a quiet street on the whole. Parking can be oversubscribed on the street at times, this is why I rented the off road parking opposite the house exclusively for the use of the occupants of The Palms. Regards, Fiona
