“Lovely bungalow by the sea” We really enjoyed our stay at waterside no 40. The bungalow had everything we needed and was really clean and cosy. We were practically on the seafront so the perfect location too. There was lots to do around the area so we had a busy,fun holiday.

“Fantastic” We booked this as our original holiday was cancelled and thank goodness it was cancelled because this was much better!!! We had the most amazing 8 days, it’s a well equipped, clean and well positioned property, with just a short walk to the beach. Wildlife everywhere from bats to deer to massive dragon flies in the wonderful garden. I don’t want to big it up too much or I won’t be able to get booked in again for next year!! We all can’t wait to return x

“Looks cottage” We had a fabulous new year in southwold ... it's definitely the place to be New Year's Eve brilliant firework display on beach ... this cottage has everything you need for a warm &. COsy stay , very clean & well furnished with lovely finishing touches in every room , sofas comfy beds comfy enough hot water for 4 adults we had a hamper on arrival &. Bottle bubbles in fridge ! &. Xmas lights were on for a lovely welcoming gesture it's in a brilliant position near to high street & lovely shops lovely walk to beach ... perfect stay with dogs Would definitely highly recommend & happily book again
