Thank you for your feedback. I am so disappointed to hear of food being left in the caravan. This is not the usual high standard we expect, so I shall be looking into this. If you had called the cleaning and maintenance number, we would have had a cleaner with you within the hour to put this right. As for the caravan numbering, the park is in a transition of changing all the caravan numbers, so I concede it is slightly confusing. I'm sorry too that you had problems with the restaurant, and with the first aid. I will pass your comments on to the park.

Thank you for your feedback. It was very unfortunate that a clean had been missed before your arrival. This is a very rare occurrence. But, as soon as we were told of this, we had a cleaner there within 10 minutes. She did say it would take about an hour, and we offered to pay for dinner for you whilst she did this. You declined this offer, saying you weren't prepared to wait. As it was height of summer season, we struggled to find alternative accommodation for you, but did find an upgraded lodge that was available. Although the same size as your original booking, you said that this lodge was smaller. The photos you sent to us showed that there was a very slight overhang of the mattresses in the twin room. This did not impede on the space in this room, but in fact meant that they were standard mattresses, rather than the smaller caravan mattresses that are usually supplied. We did everything we could to try to please you. I'm sorry that you feel like we didn't do that. The offer of a discount was a genuine one. We work very hard to ensure that all of our guests have a great experience when they stay in one of our privately-owned lodges or caravans, and I'm sorry that on this occasion, you feel we didn't achieve this.
