“Excellent Holiday Accommodation” I definitely recommend this holiday flat, fully equipped, really clean and spacious. In a really good place to get about by foot or car and a bus stopped right near too. The beach is minutes away and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach from the balcony. There is also a chain ferry to Studland beach just at the end of the road, we explored Durdle Door and Lulworth cove across that side too. We didn't have enough time to do everything in one week so will be returning again next year. I would recommend getting national trust passes though as there is loads of places to go to and would be cheaper that way.

“Very relaxed and comfortable.” I stayed in this apartment with my two sons aged 9 and 4 and found it to be spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. It is very close to the beach and ferry and easy to get out for walks and cycling etc. Great spot and would recommend highly.

Family wedding

Amazing apartment in fantastic location. The apartment itself is great especially having outside space as our two 1 year old granddaughter's loved going outside to run around. Welcome pack very much appreciated with everything you need to enjoy breakfast the following morning. Also kitchen is very well equipped with lots of utensils often lacking in some holiday lets. Hope to return as a weekend wasn't long enough, although we were attending a family wedding. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.see more

Half term break

Wow! What a lovely place to stay. Myself and my family have just returned from a week in Sandbanks staying at 9 Sandhills. We had a fantastic break, all helped by the lovely apartment we rented. From our first contact with Heather things ran really smoothly. Heather was a pleasure to deal with, answering our emails and questions really quickly. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and really well equipt with the added bonus of being really close to the beach. We all had a great week and didn't want to leave. We would reccommend this apartment and hope to return again soon!see more

Perfect family get together

Ticked all the boxes for a perfect family venue. The kids were thrilled with the hot tub and there is plenty of space to spread out inside. Spacious bedrooms and ample bathrooms. Decorated tastefully and just a short walk from the beach. Winner all round! … see more

Stunning views, good location, enjoyable stay.

The apartment was very clean and tidy, the bedrooms and lounge areas were modern but the kitchen and bathroom were quite frumpy and need updating altho perfectly functionable. Stunning views across to swanage. Bus stop outside the apartment. Nice walks along the beach and lovely area. The huge balcony was great and an ideal spot for people watching. Downsides were parking, space for two cars only and expensive to park in surrounding area. Only two hand towels provided for 6 people which was insufficient just for hand washing let alone needing one for hair washing, but bathroom towels were large and soft. The noise from the ferry docking is quite loud and audible from the master bedroom even with windows closed, so I should imagine in summer with open windows at 6am it might annoy some people. The cars queue for the ferry right outside the side windows of the two main bedrooms again if you are a light sleeper and with open windows it would be quite loud. We were there for New Year and weather was wet, stormy and windy, the wind whistles through the windows and did keep me awake at night, but that can't be helped. Please put a mat in the lounge area in front of the doors out to the balcony, would save all those went foot prints on the laminate flooring. We also had to drive into Bournemouth to collect the keys from letting agent and go back again to drop them off, never had to do this for a rental before. All in all it was a lovely few days with special friends and we did all enjoy our stay.see more

I am reluctant to say

I would prefer not to say to avoid a battle with booking our next stay. Please, avoid this property around April as I had to wait about 2 mins to get in and the kitchen was only 99% kitted out. I think this happens every April? It was at least a 2 min walk to the beach which was too sandy; it got all between my toes (apparently, it’s 1min 58 in May and the sand turns into cotton wool). The stay, situation, area, community were amazing, I mean average. The area’s sunsets were awful. My children said April is really bad and recommend all the other months instead.see more
