“Lovely sea front spacious modern house - good facilities & comfy beds” The house is just like the photos spacious, clean, modern beach theme decor with good facilities and most importantly comfy beds with nice pillows/duvets. We had a long weekend and since it was winter did spend quite a bit of time at the house. This said I would agree with other reviews that the sofa although large is not brilliant for lounging for long as it is somewhat slippery and tends to get gaps between the pieces. Its probably the only downside of the property and its a shame as the idea to have seats for all possible 8 adults is a good one in principal. Charlotte and her team are very accommodating when you need them as we did when we thought the key was missing and it turned out one of our other party had already collected it - oops!! A great spot though for a weekend with the Beach Cafe to the east serving a good range of food with the added bonus of cocktails :)
