Built in the early 1800’s Corner Cottage is a romantic and charming stone built end of terrace cottage set in the picturesque dales village of Wolsingham providing accommodation for two guests.

Awarded 4 Star Gold by Visit England the cottage is a five minutes stroll to the village market place where most of the village amenities are located.

Furnished to an exceptionally high standard the cottage is located in the picturesque village of Wolsingham, County Durham, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Ideally located for Durham City, a World Heritage Site, the Northern Dales and Northumberland. Also Auckland Castle in Bishop Auckland (10 miles) and home to "Kynren" a show depicting 2,000 years of Englands history performed in an open air amphitheatre July to September.

The cottage is well equipped, has gas central heating and comprises of the following;

The dining room has a solid oak dining table seating four, leather dining chairs and an oak console table with matching mirror.

The kitchen has modern units with bar stools, electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, dish washer, fridge freezer, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine.

The bedroom has an extremely comfortable Sealy Super King divan bed which can be converted into 2 x 3ft twin beds. Hypoallergenic bed linen is provided. The bedroom also has the original fireplace.

The bathroom is part tiled with a quality modern bathroom suite with shower over bath and solid white oak flooring. Towels are provided along with complimentary toiletries.

Externally there is a small patio area to the rear of the cottage overlooking the garden and pond.
