Description

Come and stay in a cosy and exciting little house in the trees. Fantastic for adventurous families, but equally wonderful as a romantic break for couples, or a quirky treat for groups of friends.

Enjoy the privacy and peace of living right in the heart of nature.

The Treehouse has been newly built to extremely high standards, is fully insulated and is lovely and cosy and warm and comfortable.

Available all year round.

The Treehouse is divided into 2 separate pods - the Living Pod and the Sleeping Pod and joined by smart decking. The Living pod comprises one lovely timber clad room with kitchen area, dining table and benches, and sofa - and is heated with a cosy logburning stove. French doors lead out onto a sunny decking area for al fresco eating and relaxing !

The treehouse is on a code lock system , though we usually leave it open anyway , so you can let yourselves in whenever you arrive ! We will not need to let you in , but we will pop down and say hello and answer any questions you might have . And we are never far away should you need any help , and always available by phone - and very happy to help with any info you might need too !

“a holiday with a difference”

We had a week away at the tree house and didn't tell the children (age range from 4 - 14) where we were staying Upon arrival they couldn't believe we were staying in a tree house. The walk down the path covered by bamboo that then led into the paddock where the treehouse was situated made it move mysterious. The living area is compact with a family feel and cosy with a log burner, this is separated to the bedroom/bathroom area by a walk way which adds to the whole feel of being in a tree house. The bedroom area was good for the mixed age ranges of our children. The older children slept in the hideaway room at the top which was like a secret room. The children spent hours in the Den playing table tennis and playing in the paddock where you can clearly see them when sitting on the decking area of the tree house. They made friends with the family staying in the shepherd huts located to the side of the treehouse so fun was had by all. This was a holiday with a difference and was a great experience

If you want something that is a little bit different, but also want quality ... then this is the place. We spent a fabulous week at the Treehouse. What an amazing place. The location is great, literally 15mins from the East Cowes ferry, within half an hour of the great beaches at Seaview and Seagrove bays, and yet still in the peaceful country setting. Will & Fiona, the owners are lovely - very helpful, full of useful information on where to go and places to eat. We would love to have stayed longer, but ... it's fully booked, not surprisingly. All our friends will hear about it endlessly! Great place.

“Unique tree-house adventure”

It was an absolute priviledge to be the first 'official' guests in the newly built 'Into the Woods' tree-house. Whilst the tree-house itself was built by an external tree-house provider, all of the interior has been built by the owners themselves and the attention to detail and use of natural materials makes for just a stunning finish. It is truly a unique experience - a bit like camping 'by being at one with nature', but with all the comforts of being in a self catering unit up in with the trees. There are 2 pods, a living pod and sleeping pod, joined by a decking walkway and outside eating area. Sleeping pod can sleep 6, and young children love the hay-loft, a little area they climb into that becomes their own hide-away den. Only suitable for over 5s due to ladder to access. Also 2 bunk beds and main double-bedroom. We were blessed with a nest of thrushes that we saw being fed each morning and eventually left the nest on our last day, spotted a red squirrel that the owners are trying to encourage with squirrel feeders, rabbits all sorts of birds. Fiona and Will are extremely welcoming hosts, leaving us a delicious lemon drizzle cake on our arrival and being very attentive to ensure everything went smoothly. The tree-house has its quirks too.. a unique Swedish self-composting toilet that our young boys found fascinating, access is only via a path through the woods that opens up into your own 'paddock' area, great for a bit of football / cricket and bbq, but all these quirks just add to the experience. A truly memorable and very special holiday. We were sad to leave and hope to be back sometime soon.

How do damage deposits work?

If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
