The Lodge has a special luxury feel from the moment you arrive. It is a classically designed Gite style and has high specification features. The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, washing machine and dish washer, as well as full cooking facilities including a microwave. There are plenty of inbuilt USB charging points and high speed Wi-fi is included.

Kingfisher Breaks is on the popular Warmwell Holiday Park, Park Dean. It enjoys being a short car ride from Weymouth's sandy beaches and harbour. The nearest beach is 6 minutes car ride away, which enjoys a quiet location and a beach cafe.

The lodge sleeps up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms The lodge is in the quiet area of the holiday park, but benefits from being a 5 mins walk from the indoor pool and numerous facilities for all the family of all ages. It is a complete haven for children from toddlers to teens. Outdoor facilities on site include a dry ski slope, crazy dinosaur golf, bike hire, Go-Ape, football, basketball courts, nature walks, trampolining, archery, hover boarding and table tennis. Indoor facilities include rollar skating, climbing, soft play and entertainment in the early evening with a crew of child friendly animal characters and later with family games, bingo and cabaret.

You will be able to relax on the sunny south facing decking which has views to the fishing lake, but is in a nice secluded spot in the site.

In the spacious open plan lounge and dining room you can relax and enjoy your holiday. There is a fire for the colder nights in Autumn and Winter.

The master bedroom has the wow factor and is a beautiful room to wake up in the morning with sunlight filtering in through the french style shutters. There is a well designed ensuite walk-in shower room. It also has its own Television.

The second bedroom sleeps 4 and has elegantly styled wide bunk beds which are very comfortable even for adults. The family bathroom has a bath and hand held shower head. The beds have sides so that younger children will not fall out. There is a high chair, child step provided if required.

Internet and cable TV are included. There are also plenty of games in the lodge to entertain the children.

It is also situated not far from the sandy beaches of Weymouth.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lisa (the owner) a message.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
