Beach Home Ventnor is an ideal British holiday location sleeping up to 4 people in a tranquil setting. It offers spectacular, panoramic views of the beach at Ventnor Bay, the cliff tops and far out to sea. The beach can be reached within 1 minute from the end of the garden.

The apartment comprises a living room with balcony offering panoramic sea views and two bedrooms also with spectacular views of the sea. One bedroom has a king size bed, the other a double bed with single over.

It is well furnished and equipped, including internet access, wide screen TV with Sky service.

The apartment's wonderfully relaxing environment is further complemented by sea and cliff walks in both directions, traditional breakfasts and fresh fish sold daily nearby, and a wide and plentiful variety of recreational venues and restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Martin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
