Located in a quiet area overlooking 2 small fishing lakes at the far end of the water ski lake, ideal for fishing (fishing pegs available to hire).
Our 2018 model 3 bedroom, 8 berth (6 adults max) holiday home benefits from a double master bedroom with en-suite toilet, and two further bedrooms each with 2 singles, and separate shower room.
The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, double oven, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster and iron/ironing board. There are 3 wall mounted TV's in lounge, master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms all with DVD players (PS3 in lounge ). Also in the lounge there is a double sofa bed, electric fire, and french doors onto the decking with large sunken hot-tub (with Bluetooth Speakers), rattan dining table and chairs and a further sofa set.
The property has gas central heating, double glazing and private parking at the side of the lodge. There is free Wifi connection via site. All bed linen and towels are provided.
The property must be left clean and tidy, there will be an additional surcharge of £25 for any additional cleaning if it is left in an unsatisfactory condition or where smoke can be smelt within the property. If any guest is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well-being of others, we or the management may take possession immediately without compensation to the party.
Park facilities include - water sport lakes (for jet ski/wake-boarding/water-skiing) fishing lakes (tackle shop), plenty of walking & cycling, an indoor swimming pool, gym, spa and leisure area with bars, a diner and entertainment in the club house as well as amusement arcade/splash pad/water zorbing/archery/hover boards etc for children. There is a small man made beach with paddling area and in main season there is an outdoor cinema on certain dates weather permitting and a small on-site shop.

ALSO NOTE: ** Minimum age of Principal booker is 21 years old. The property is NOT suitable for party gatherings including Hen and Stag parties. **
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: Tattershall Lakes Country Park is located next to an active RAF base therefore they may be some associated noise from the jets throughout the day, and occasional night flying practice.

Guest Passes
All guest passes for the facilities must be purchased at extra cost via the owner of the accommodation. The guest will then receive QR codes for the number of guests staying in the private accommodation. Prices for 2022 passes are below:
