1 of my 4 Holiday Homes at Tattershall Lakes

Lovely 8 berth caravan with 3 bedrooms and en-suite to master bedroom. The Park itself has a wide range of activities to please all ages

There is jet skiing, fishing, a club house, crazy golf, high ropes, swimming pools, childrens outdoor play area and splash park and also an amusement arcade. There is a rooftop sky bar and indoor splash zone! Passes must be obtained in advance for a fee to enjoy the daily entertainment and swimming pools and these are charged per caravan

There is a shop on site and a lovely bar and restaurant on site. Tattershall Lakes also has an Aquapark on site which is great fun!

In the caravan all bedding is provided and hand towels and tea towels but please bring your own bath towels.,.

There is a Smart TV/DVD player in the lounge and a tv in the master bedroom. There is a microwave, full size fridge freezer and all other home luxuries you could require including high chair and hair dryer. It also has an electric fire, central heating and double glazing throughout

PLEASE NOTE The hot tub is fully drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest by a professional hot tub company. The chemical levels are checked and recorded on a daily basis.

The Park is situated next door to Tattershall Castle and the Battle of Britain museum which is home to the Spitfires, Dakota and Lancaster Bomber and is located in the neighbouring village. The park is also situated next door to RAF Conningsby and you will often see and hear the planes flying so you may occasionally expect some noise day and night which is understandably out of our control due to being next door to an active air base. We are 28 miles from Skegness and just 23 miles from Lincoln

One small well behaved dog is allowed. Please contact me to discuss if more than 1 dog

Should you wish to use the parks facilities passes will need to be bought. Tattershall have now changed this process and should you require them I will need to purchase these for you at your cost. Please contact me to discuss if required.

House rules

We allow pets but please ask that you respect the van and do not allow dogs on the furniture or beds. The caravan is also a non smoking van.
Please read the rules before using the hot tub as failure to comply with these rules may result in you losing your security deposit. Also due to new HSE requirements the hot tub will be fully drained and cleaned after every guest and may therefore not be at full temperature by the check in time. It will however be ready later the same evening.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emma (the owner) a message.

If Emma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
