Welcome to our privately owned AMAZING LUXURY 'HOME FROM HOME' two storey TRADITIONAL log cabin, with the WOW factor!

Set within 'one of the most sought after, quiet settings' at the 'Beautiful Tattershall Lakes' on a large private lakeside plot (waterski lake) on a no-through road, so minimum passing traffic!

Accomodation comprises: Ground Floor: large hallway with 3 double bedrooms off, 2 with king sized beds & 1 with two sets of bunk beds. Both of the king sized bedrooms have patio doors leading out onto the covered veranda area, with outdoor seating/bbq area (hot tub is now situated on the patio). The main bedroom has a fitted triple mirror wardrobe & an en-suite shower room. Also leading off the hallway (table football game, now on the covered decking area) is a large family bathoom with bath/shower over. Also, a large storage/utility room with fridge/freezer. The open tread stairs lead up to the AMAZING vast open-plan first floor area - to the left is the spacious, well equipped kitchen/dining area with fitted units, integral dishwasher, fridge and extra beer fridge with small freezer compartment. Island unit with oven & hob & breakfast bar area too. There is a large table with 8 comfy dining chairs, plus breakfast bar with two stools and a large 4 seat sofa. Glass doors open to a Juliette balcony.

To the right there is a large lounge area with a huge 4 seat sofa & a matching large 3 seat sofa bed. This area also has a LOG burner (which must be requested & used with care) plus a 50” smart TV, DVD player and Wii console & games. Glass doors open out onto the covered balcony, overlooking the lake and showcasing some amazing sunset views.

An iron/ironing board, hair dryer/straighteners are provided. Also included in the rental price: full gas radiator heating, electricity, bedding and unlimited WiFi.

Slippers are advisable, as no heals are permitted on the wooden floors. Don’t forget your woolly hat for the colder weather whilst relaxing in the hot tub!! And wellies too, when it’s a bit wet underfoot if you’re planning a stroll around the Park etc.

The LOG burner & bbq are available on request - sticks, logs, charcoal & firelighters etc. are available to buy locally. Please ask for further info...

NB: The RAF Coningsby Air Base is close by - this can sometimes be rather noisy! (Occasional night flying too). It really does vary - but is also amazing to see/hear the variety of aircraft flying overhead, in and out of the base: Lancaster, Vulcan, Hurricane, Spitfires etc...

Away Resorts offer limited entertainment/facilities during the quiet season between Nov/Jan to Easter, please check details with Guest Services, before booking!

No smoking permitted inside the cabin - covered verandah/balcony areas to be used. Dogs - enquiries welcome from owners of well behaved, house trained dogs (a minimum charge of £30 per dog is applicable).

The main bedroom with en-suite may not be available to guests of between 4 & 6 or less - please check before booking!

NB: fake tan is not permitted in the hot tub. Plastic glasses and beakers are provided for outside use.

FISHING is available at Tattershall Lakes, together with a vast array of watersports - inflatable assault course & wakeboarding etc with JUST WAKE. Jet skiing etc is available via 158 PERFORMANCE at the JET SKI CENTRE. There is a Gym, Swimming Pool with Steam & Sauna rooms, Spa treatments etc. Also available - Archery, Adventure Golf, Cycle Hire, Children's Entertainer/Family Entertainment including Bingo, Disco's, Live Entertainment, Outdoor Shows/ Cinema Screen (YOU will need to check with Guest Services as to what entertain- ment etc is available & any extra costs - Osprey Lodge cannot be held responsible for any cancelation/ interruption to facilities). NB: Owners now have to purchase Guest Passes on your behalf - ask for details.

Osprey Lodge is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a luxury break away - relax in style! Our log cabin is conveniently situated, not only close to all of the Park activities but also the surrounding villages close by - Aviation Memorabillia & a little further is the East Coast & of course the City of Lincoln etc. not forgetting Tattershall Castle right on the door step!

I am available 24/7 for any queries/issues - just text/call/email etc. I like to make sure I can meet/greet all guest, so please try and stick to our agreed time as close as possible and let me know of any delays asap… I would rather you arrive early and come direct to Osprey Lodge, I can then give you a quick tour and explain the hot tub etc then you can go off to explore/drink/eat - I can then call you when I have finished and leave the key in the keysafe to come back at your leisure :) During busy times the hot tub may not be up to temp as this has to be changed for each booking - so plan for an early evening dip just in case :)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Leslee (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
