This modern, detached barn conversion is outside the village of Staindrop in County Durham and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.This modern, detached cottage is located outside the village of Staindrop near to the town of Darlington in County Durham. The cottage can sleep eight people in two king size double, one double, one twin as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is ample off road parking and a lawned garden to the rear with a patio area and furniture. Bell House Barn is a fantastic cottage in a beautiful part of County Durham.

Electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray, Blue tooth Sonos sound system in kitchen, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games.Alexa .Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot on request. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden to rear with patio area, furniture and BBQ with Hot tub. Also a1 acre paddock attached to the property, ideal for children to play in and dog walking Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.4 miles and pub 1.2 miles. Please note this property does not accept Stag/Hen or similar parties. A chef can be arranged for special occasions, on request by speaking with the owner directly

Town: The pretty Teesdale village of Staindrop has always been closely associated with the fortunes of nearby Raby Castle and its owners. The Castle (open to the public) is one of the most grand in England. Enlarged and beautified over the centuries, the medieval heart remains and a walled garden and 200 acre deer park add to the splendour. Staindrop has many interesting shops, pubs and cafes set round its long village green. The popular market town of Barnard Castle is 5 miles away, with its castle, the Bowes Museum, plus of course its wide range of shops and tea rooms. Walkers will enjoy the many walks around Teesdale.
