Fully refurbished two storey Victorian Manor House nestled in the beauty of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Leading through the oak front door from the 'carriage' drive way is access to the hallway, three reception rooms, large kitchen, utility room, shower room and conservatory.With the Victorian splendour of three metre high ceilings, cornicing, servants stairs and a roll top bath,

Reception 1 - Lounge Comfortable sofas, coffee table, lamp, tables, TV/DVD Player and music system.

Reception 2: - Dining Room Large oak dining table with chairs. High-chairs available on request. Sideboard with place mats and coasters.

Reception 3: - Snug / Bedroom 6 Double bed and sofa, TV, smaller lounge which can be used as a bedroom if necessary. Situated next door to the shower room so more practical for people wanting to avoid the stairs. Chest of drawers also available when used as a bedroom.

Kitchen:Newly fitted kitchen with kitchen table and chairs for 6 people. Fridge, Freezer, dishwasher, range cooker, toaster, microwave and kettle. Good quality kitchen equipment and utensils..

Utility Room:Large room with back door leading outside to a small courtyard. washing machine and tumble dryer. Lovely Victorian Settle to sit down on whilst you pull your boots off.

Conservatory / Games Room:Large conservatory with wicker furniture. Games provided include table football, air hockey table, board games and cards.

Cloakroom:Toilet and hand basin. .

Bedroom 1:Large en-suite double room with a zip and link super king size bed (can be made into twins), chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables with reading lamps and a TV. En-suite includes a bath, large separate shower, toilet and hand basin.

We booked the Manor in Lusby recently for my Mum and Dads 60th birthday. Right from the beginning Hannah was so helpful. We found it extremely difficult to find somewhere that would accept our party of kids, adults and 4 dogs! For Hannah it was not a problem at all. Finally the time arrived to travel to The Manor. Very easy to find, as soon as we pulled up we were blown away by the size of The Manor, the views and the wildlife surrounding it. Every room in the house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was amazing to prep and cook in! The secret stair case went a treat with the kids who also spent a lot of their time in the games room!! The house was so warm, we were never without hot water. Everything was thought about. We were greeted with wine and biscuits which went down lovely!! Our 4 dogs had plenty of space and we were 20/25 mins to Skegness beach....perfect!!! We travelled with 3 kids and 9 adults and we had plenty of space. The rooms were extremely spacious. The bathrooms were also beautiful and the garden was plenty big enough for a family game of cricket. We can’t thank you enough and will definitely have a reunion in the future!

This weekend, we descended upon Lusby Manor to celebrate my forthcoming 40th 8 adults & 7 kids ready for friends & fun ...and it did not disapoint; a fantastic time was had by all! Lusby Manor is beautiful, homely and well, manor-like! Set in stunning surroundings, it’s kitted out with everything you need for the perfect family & friends getaway. The owner is friendly and very helpful, and the welcome pack is a lovely touch - we couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely our new tradition! Thanks for the memories

We had a fantastic break at the manor. The property itself was perfect for us - refurbished to a great standard, was very spacious, great facilities for all ages, lots of bathrooms with high quality showers/baths and beautiful grounds and views. Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful. Great pub with yummy food to walk to and beaches were lovely. We had 4 separate families (my sisters and children etc) and we all loved it. Would highly recommend.

How do damage deposits work?

If Hannah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
