Description

Ground floor bedroom on its own. Double bed, sleeps 2 who are of a smaller size. Separate modern shower room with toilet on same floor. Plenty of Free parking on all roads by the house. Full use of kitchen on same floor. Own Tv in bedroom but can use small living room as well directly outside the room. Reading table & chair. Small closet and wall unit in bedroom. Central heating and good lighting. Key Lock on bedroom door. Peaceful as only grown ups indoors. No window but 2 doors if you need airing, in the summer the room is relatively warm though cosy in winter months.

Everyone welcome, business or pleasure,though your pets won't be on this occasion.

Good transport links as 2 mins walk from Southend East Station (C2C line). 10 minutes walk to town centre same as to the seaside or can take a bus ride for less time. Several resturants and bars close by. Lots to see in Southend so come and start your adventure from our humble home.

Had a lovely weekend in Southend. The accommodation was perfect for my needs. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. I slept well and enjoyed my morning coffee in the beautiful garden. Angela was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. My weekend was very relaxed and I felt right at home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
