A listed cottage in the Isle of Wight village of Shorwell, it sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.West View is a Grade II listed property situated in the village of Shorwell on the Isle of Wight. It comes with four bedrooms which include a king-size with an en-suite, a double and two twin rooms, there is also a bathroom and a cloakroom, the property is able to sleep eight people. The property is next to a church and has parking on the roadside opposite the church. The churchyard drive alongside the house can be used for loading and unloading. There is also a courtyard with a bench and a rear courtyard with furniture and a barbecue. West View is a charming cottage placed perfectly for exploring the Isle of Wight.

Amenities: Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Oil-fired AGA to be used only in the winter months (end October to February), electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of games. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. A cot and cot bed available and two highchairs . Front courtyard with bench, rear courtyard with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 minute walk, pub 1 minute walk. The property is next to a church and has parking on the roadside opposite the church. The churchyard drive alongside the house can be used for loading and unloading.

Within a short drive are beaches, Blackgang Chine and bustling Newport with its shops, restaurants, arts centre and cinema.
