“Relaxing, chilled weekend retreat”

Reviewed 9 Nov 2016

A Lovely, well maintained character property with all the facilities required for a relaxing, comfortable weekend break. Close to all amenities in Ludlow town centre but tucked away in a nice quiet back street close to walks in the countryside. Perfect.

Owner's reply: Thanks for your review, we're very pleased you enjoyed the cottage.

The best cottage I've stayed in. Great location, well equipped, well designed and decorated. From the outside looks small, but a surprise inside, with a big garden, great to relax out in the sun. Some great restaurants in Ludlow and can recommend a day at Ludlow races. If we visit Ludlow again this cottage would be top of our list. Thanks Judy for a great stay

Owner's reply: Thanks for your kind words, I'm thrilled you enjoyed it.

“Superb!”

Another fantastic stay at Camp Lane and two more visits planned already! You couldn't wish for better accommodation in such a beautiful location! Perfect!

Owner's reply: So thrilled that you enjoyed the cottage again and we're looking forward to welcoming you next year.

“Gorgeous Cottage”

Reviewed 1 Jul 2016

Gorgeous cottage in a peaceful location but so close to the town and local walks. Couldn't believe how quiet it was - very relaxing. Cottage is renovated to a high standard but has kept the quirky features found in so many of the properties in Ludlow - try finding a building with straight walls! This just adds to the charm but is not at the expense of comfort or convenience. The cottage is deceptive - it looks small from the front but goes back a long way and has a beautiful private garden to the rear. There is a glass roof over part of the patio and this means it's possible to sit out and enjoy the garden even if it rains. If you enjoy peace and tranquillity, eating out and pleasant walks then you won't be disappointed.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your review Adrian, it makes me so happy when our guests love the cottage as much as we do.

“perefect holiday cottage”

Reviewed 14 Jun 2016

The cottage is of one the most luxurious and tasteful cottages we have ever stayed in. Whilst maintaining many of the original features it has every modern convenience ( under floor heating, 'wet room' , superb kitchen etc etc. And one of the most beautiful, secluded and sunny terraced gardens i have seen. Peaceful but central location within walking distance of everything that Ludlow has to offer.
