Description

Newly refurbished, two bedroom self-contained house. Situated close to Dundee town centre and the lovely fishing village of Broughty Ferry.

Lavender Cottage is attached to our home but with it's own front door and is completely self-contained. It has been redecorated and newly furnished throughout. You will enjoy the Dundee sunshine (it does happen!) with use of conservatory, south facing garden and attached decking area.

The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge and all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable.

The sitting room has a 32" full HD LED television with freeview and is compatible for playing movies from your own USB memory stick. Wifi available throughout, all rooms have USB charging sockets.

Central heating provided by gas boiler, constant hot water for kitchen and shower.

Bedroom 1 is ground floor, bedroom 2 is accessed via stairway from sitting room.

Extensive off street parking to the front of the house.

The garden is large, south facing and is shared with ourselves. We are happy for guests to enjoy the garden.

Immaculate,very well equipped cottage on outskirts of Dundee. One of the nicest holiday lets I have stayed in. Owner very helpful prior to visit, Sheena also contacted us to make sure everything was okay even although she was away on holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sheena (the owner) a message.

If Sheena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
