Description from owner

The West End rocks!

This house I just love, it has everything you could possibly need for a great stay in the best area of Dundee. 5 mins from shops, cafes, restaurants & bars with parking. Perfect for entertaining too with large living space. Very light & airy home. Super historical too, I have stories to tell for anyone interested in local history (don't worry nothing spooky)

The Space

It was built in 1844, steeped with history the property was built for a timber merchant and his family. Extreme wealth and extreme poverty divided Dundee in this era. How however The West End is just a very cool place to be, popular place for restaurants, bars and small shops.

The original features have been retained, ornate ceilings, hand carved stair case, giant front door, bronze plaque at the front door for a commemoration. Solid fireplace, bay windows. Unique view of the Rail Bridge.
