From the owner

Our cosy 3 bedroom spacious caravan is on a level site about a 10 minutes flat walk to the beach. He may be basic & robust but, like any country boy, there is a twinkle in his eye and an unexpected allure. The galley kitchen (If we have forgotten an essential gadget do let us know) opens onto the lounge / dining area (WiFi included). The shower room is remarkably spacious and, joy of joy, there is a spare loo.

As with our other accommodation well behaved Pets are welcome.

The park has an indoor heated pool and a newly refurbished, family friendly clubhouse (we love the steam train theme). These are open April till October.

Dawlish Warren is a traditional seaside resort perfect for a family holiday or a couples retreat. It is excellent base for walkers and cyclists, with fantastic coastal scenery on the doorstep and the lure of the moors but a few miles away. It is at the heart of a region burgeoning with proper pubs, micro breweries, a passion for local produce, outside events, historical sites and acres and acres of natural beauty. Soft sand by the bucketload once more stretches along Dawlish Warren beach. Come and encrust your toes, revel in the sound of sea gulls, bright coloured beach huts, melting ice cream cones and the tang of the sea.

We try to welcome our guests personally to show you where everything is in tbe accommodation and (if you need them) give you directions to local spots to visit and eat out. We are local so are at the end of the phone should you need anything during your stay. If you cannot leave home without the most important family member do not worry as well behaved doggy guests are welcome.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vampers (the owner) a message.

If Vampers (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
