We have an unlimited broadband internet connection available for 10£ per weekend, 15£ per week, or 30£ per month.

The Bathroom is on the ground floor off the kitchen and there are two bedrooms on the first floor and the third is an attic conversion room.There is a very nice sports club a short two blocks away. Can look up Princess Sports Club Chesterfield for more info.

"Excellent accommodation and an excellent rate."

We booked church view as a base to explore the Peak District and we couldn't fault it. Although not a 'cottage' as we had originally planned it was well worth the money - all other letting a hiked their prices over the half term break but not here. The house itself was lovely, modern furnishings with a fully equipped kitchen. The only downside was the queue that formed for the bathroom in the mornings but, sharing with family it wasn't a problem. There was even some free wi-if, the limited download lasted us until Thursday, which was useful for checking out places to visit such as Chatsworth House. Booking was a little unconventional dealing directly with the owners but their prompt reply to emails and any enquiries made the process smooth. I would definitely recommend booking Church View.

"Excellent property: well equipped, clean and close to amenities"

This is an excellent property. It is well appointed and with all mod cons - including a large modern LCD TV with HDMI so kids can connect a PS3 or BluRay player. Pay as you go WiFi is very useful too. The house is a short walk from local pubs/restaurants and a very big Morrison's supermarket, and not too far from the town centre. It is also conveniently located for driving into the Peak District for days out. All in all an excellent property at a very reasonable price.

"A real home away from home"

The house is tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The location is brilliant, with easy access to the town, the supermarket round the corner. and perfect for touring. We highly recommend this accommodation, and look forward to a return visit

"Great Location"

We spent almost 6 weeks at Church View and loved every minute. The house is easily big enough to accommodate a family of 4, plus extended family for Christmas Day, parking is not an issue and the property was always warm. The location is second to none, the area is safe, with easy access to Chesterfield town centre (25min walk) and the Peak District. Have already booked another 6 week stay next year.

All rooms well equiped and modern, 3 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Brilliant location (5 min walk to supermarket, and a few minutes drive from the centre of Chesterfield). Plenty of spaces to park in the street. Chatsworth House, Matlock, Bakewell and the Derbyshire Peek District all an easy drive away!

"Lovely House, Great Location"

The house is spotlessly clean and contains everything you will need for a comfortable family stay. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms comfortable and whole house tastefully furnished. Parking is easy as the house is located on a quiet side street. Friendly neighbours around. Located in a pleasant suburb of Chesterfield, many amenities close by (supermarket, shops, park, restaurants, pubs and cracking Deli right at the end of the street.. Beautiful Peak District only a short drive away. Discounted use of Brampton Manor Health Club is major bonus for those wet weather days - the pool there is lovely and very family friendly. Excellent value and a great home from home.

"Spacious, comfortable house. Quiet neighbourhood. Great startingpoint for trips to Peak District and into town."

We stayed in this very nice house with a family of 4 and a dog. Perfectly situated to make daytrips to the Peak District or to go into town. A Morrison's supermarket on walking distance and a park nearby where the dog had a great time. When the sun was shining we enjoyed the nice garden and when it rained the kids could watch dvd's on the huge television. Teh beds were good and the kitchen was well supplied.

"A great house in a central location near to town and countryside"

We stayed in the house for a short break. The house was easy to find and in a nice quiet street. The inside of the house was beautifully presented and we felt right at home straight away. There is everything you need with a good sized dining room and lovely cozy sitting room. All of the bedrooms were good sizes.
