This fabulous newly renovated Bungalow is situated in the perfect location in Chapel St Leonards. A 2-minute walk to the beach, where a 10 minute stroll left takes you into Chapel Village & a 15-20 minute walk right will take you to Ingoldmells and Fantasy Island.

This Holiday home has all you need for your perfect holiday. On the doorstep you will find Cafe’s, Amusements, Bars and Happy Days Club who all have regular entertainment play cash Bingo and show live sport.

The property sleeps 9, having 5 bedrooms…2 large double bedrooms, 1 small double, 1 single with bunk beds and 1 single. Ideal for a large family or 2 families sharing.

1 main bathroom & 1 shower room.

The kitchen & dining area boasts a newly installed kitchen with new appliances inc Fridge Freezer, Double Oven, Hob, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Plenty of cupboard & work surface space for meal times. Along with an extendable dining table that seats up to 8 people. The Dining / Lounge area opens up onto the decking area allowing you to spill over into the garden and enjoy the east coast sunshine (Fingers crossed). The garden area is fully enclosed with a gated entrance. Private driveway which can accommodate up to 4 cars.

Pet Friendly allowing you to bring your 4-legged family members to help you to enjoy your holiday. Providing of course they are well behaved.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lee (the owner) a message.

If Lee (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
