Description

Creeksea Place Barns consists of 8 luxury holiday lets in a beautifully converted Essex barn. When rented as a whole, Creeksea Place Barns can sleep up to 30 people in total. During their stay guests can enjoy full use of our on site gym and *spa (over 16's), have a massage or beauty treatment with our qualified therapists, dine in our popular on-site cafe and bar, and spend time feeding our friendly farm animals! Guests also have exclusive use of the grounds, the courtyard, the BBQ and play area, and the covered outside decking space .

Each barn is unique and stylish and features its own living area, so guests are able to spend time together, but also retreat to their own spaces in smaller groups. When booked exclusively, Creeksea Place Barns is ideal for large groups of friends or family, hen parties, birthday parties, bridal and wedding parties and corporate team building events.

Each unit can also be rented individually for smaller groups (please see other adverts for a description of each unit).

Creeksea Place Barns is located on a picturesque farm just outside the coastal town of Burnham on Crouch in Essex. It has beautiful views of the river and access to a variety of footpaths. London is within 1 hour by direct train.

* Please be aware that the Gym and Spa is closed every Monday to allow for necessary cleaning and Maintenance.

“Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! We loved our weekend stay here...”

We hired the barns for a large group of 30 adults and 4 children for a 60th birthday party. Emily (one of the owners) was incredibly helpful in the run-up to the party and put us in contact with a local caterer (Valentines - who was amazing) and dealt with lots of queries about supermarket deliveries, table and chair hire for a formal dinner etc. We LOVED the barns and so did our guests. The barns are beautiful - we loved the way they were converted so they still retained their character and charm but they were modern, comfortable and incredibly clean. They have antiques hanging on the walls and statement pieces that make it clear how much thought has been put into every aspect of the design. The kids loved the tractors - the owners (who also run the farm) were kind enough to let them play on the tractors (obviously without the keys) - and the animals in the driveway. We definately hope to come back again! The barns are very close to London so perfect for a weekend getaway and the countryside is beautiful - it honestly takes five minutes to drive from the train station to the barns. I always worry when booking somewhere that it wont look like the pictures on the website but this definately is not an issues with these barns. Thank you very much Emily and Harry!! (In case anyone is looking for a caterer we strongly recommend Valentines.)

We hired all the barns for a hen weekend it was excellent great location lovely accommodation everything was as advertised lovely decoration and facilities great having ensuite in each room of the granary, lovely welcome from family and the area And town great. Will be telling all friend to come here great get away .

We booked Creeksea Barns to celebrate a hen and birthday party. The owners were extremely helpful throughout the booking process and on site. The barns themselves were immaculate and beautifully decorated. We had everything we wanted and more. The area was very pretty and within walking distance of some lovely restaurants. I would definitely go back and suggest to others. Thank you!

“Fantastic christmas break!”

Myself and my boyfriend stayed at Fisherman's lodge from 24-27 December, the barns were easy to find and we were greeted by Emily (owner) who showed us around. Fisherman's lodge was decorated for Christmas and very clean. It was exactly how it was advertised on the internet. Bed was lovely and comfy, bathroom was lovely and clean with towels etc provided. I cooked a christmas dinner and only thing i had to bring was the food all other kitchen requirements were available. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and will definetely return and recommend to others. Hopefully next time we might get to explore a little more - thanks for a fantastic stay :)

How do damage deposits work?
