From the owner

This property is a beautiful Grade II listed building, with stunning views over the picturesque town of Bradford On Avon. Just a short distance from all the splendid amenities in the town which includes cafes, restaurants, indoor swimming pool and a selection of independent shops.

The light, bright, contemporary accommodation is arranged over two floors. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with tremendous views, and an adjacent bathroom. On the ground floor you will find the modern, well equipped kitchen / diner. This leads directly into the relaxed lounge, with its stone fireplace and wooden floors.

Immediately outside the front door is the lovely south-facing garden which has a table and chairs for a spot of afternoon tea or alfresco dining.

This cottage is ideal for either a family or a romantic break for a couple at any time of year. It offers a relaxed base from which to explore the splendors of Bath, the southern Cotswolds, Stonehenge, Longleat and a multitude of National Trust properties. This is a great area for walking and cycling.

How do damage deposits work?
