Kings House is a fully equipped 5 bedroom home in a quiet residential area & is ideal for couple friends, reunions and family or business / corporate travellers for work. Located a short 10 min stroll from Bournemouth train & bus / coach station and a 10 min drive from Bmth centre & Bmth beaches guests will find this home perfectly located for the many Bournemouth attractions such as escape rooms, The BIC, Bournemouth beaches, Bournemouth Pavilion, Bournemouth nightlife, The Oceanarium. There is Free on-street parking outside the property, & guests can enjoy full and exclusive use of the entire home for the duration of their stay with free Wi-fi throughout, widescreen TV with over 70 cable TV channels, multiple USB charging sockets & retro gaming console with built in games. Guests will find this home completely equipped to provide a home from home experience with everything from bed linen & soft- fluffy towels to tumble dryer and washing machine. Guests can enjoy the enclosed small back garden to the rear of the property with a raised decking area with furniture for outdoor dining, and a grassy area. There is also a garage available for safe storage of bikes etc..

This home is perfectly located for all the leisure facilities that Bournemouth has to offer and is very close to all transport links There is so much to do within 5 miles - paintball, crazy golf, wild birds of prey, ski-bobbing, beaches, surf schools, go-karting, sailing schools, cycling in the forest, kayaking, river or sea boating, rope climbing, shopping, zip wires, eating out, speedway racing, Premiership football and so much more!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
