New modern bright apartment purpose built furnished in a contemporary style with high standard high quality furniture, fittings.

Internet Wi-Fi , Smart TV with Netflix, Towels/Bed Linen.

Ideal self - catering flat in great location , centrally located, quiet purpose build block, close to the beach.

The flat is in a new building, has modern secure video/ phone entrance system. Lift to the flat.

There is a living room / bedroom with the super king bed with memory form mattress.

Through the hallway of the flat - there is separate kitchen with the following amenities : oven, hob ( stove ) , fridge / freezer, washing machine / drying machine , microwave , toaster, kettle, pots / pans , dishware , glassware, cutlery ,etc.

Further to other side of the hallway - there is a shower room with walking-in shower cubicle , wash basin and toilet.

You will have a nice town view from your window .

Please note , no parking on property - parking is on the road right next to the building, visible from window. There are public parking spots opposite the block on the small road based on first come, first serve. You will have a view of your car from the window.

The bus stop with the wide range of routes is just nearby.

The Co-op shop is next door.

Beach is in walking distnace.
