Nr Golf course. Perfect for explorers,tourists,business guests,couples,kids

The space

Non-smoking household, superb location, nr Waitrose, Lidl etc, 5 mins drive to Zig-zag to East Cliff beach nr Bmth pier on sea front! You can sit out & enjoy the large beautiful garden to the rear of the property, with use of sun loungers gas BBQ, outdoor swings etc.

Bournemouth offers the Oceanarium, a great nightlife, restaurants, BIC, cinema, theatres,shows, concerts at Poole Arts Centre, many language schools are in walking distance, various university short courses for extra-curricular study interests.

There's even a gourmet Michelin Star training school nearby for top class cuisine & catering college. Study for a new career in Bournemouth, many options available. Gorgeous Dorset coastline, easy access to the Purbecks, Old Harry's Rocks, Sandbanks, take the ferry over to Swanage or visit Christchurch just 15 mins drive away.well-behaved Pets are discretionary,pls enquire.

There's high speed wi fi with a booster feature, throughout the house, and access to SKY TV with movie, sports & Disney channels etc. Use of 10-seater Dining room, laundry room with top of the range Miele washing machine with steam technology,Samsung fridge with chilled filtered water & ice dispenser, well-equipped kitchen, downstairs Cloakroom,some access to living room, huge garden, private driveway leading to offroad parking at the rear of the property's garden.

Interaction with guests

I'm accessible if required, and always respect your privacy of course. When I'm in England I'm able to interact more, of course & can make suggestions as to local events etc. Always happy to be of help! Feel free to ask. When I'm in UK I'll be 'on hand' and can be contacted by telephone etc if I'm travelling abroad. My welcoming Home Help is available / on hand to assist and will greet you when I'm away. Feel free to ask about any special restaurants, local attractions etc or regarding any particular areas of interest.

Other things to note

House is strictly non-smoking throughout.

For longer stays of a week or more, there is access to the Laundry room twice a week, otherwise once per stay for each party/group. Kitchen benefits from a reverse-osmosis water filter for purified drinking water (in both the main house and in the top floor flat). The top floor flat and 2 en suite bedrooms have their own independent SKY TV access and controls.

good bus routes, plenty of taxis; great area for cycling as no hills! easy to drive as the property has plenty of offroad parking (free)
