Deluxe modern detached house in Poole, Dorset. Sleeps 20: 4 bedrooms/2 en-suite shower rooms/ 1 family bathroom/ 1 cloakroom.

Upon entry, this spacious property leads into a light and airy reception area separate from the main hub of the house where one can relax on the sofas and enjoy and be mesmorised by the eye-catching built-in aquarium. Doors lead off to a cloakroom and an internal double garage which has been furnished with a full size table tennis table, pool table and utility area.

The remainder of the ground floor accommodation comprises a generously proportioned modern open-plan kitchen/dining and lounge area. The well equipped kitchen features an AGA range cooker, large dining table which seats 18 and lounge with plenty of seating and 1 x double sofa bed. The lounge overlooks the secluded wrap-around terraced garden which is accessed from its patio doors and includes a paved area with table and chairs and gas BBQ for those al fresco moments.

Upstairs consists of Bedroom 1: 1 x king-size bed, 1 x single bed and 1 x double sofa bed with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2: 1 x king-size bed, 1 x set of adult size bunk beds and en-suite shower room Bedroom 3: 1 x double bed, 1 x set of adult bunk beds and 1 x double sofa bed. Bedroom 4: 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed. There is also a modern family bathroom.

Parking for 6 cars is accessed via sliding electric security gate at the front of the property.

This pet friendly house is furnished and finished to a high standard, offering superior self-catering accommodation throughout, for all those who wish to experience living by the sea.

The famous blue-flag beaches at Sandbanks, restaurants and bars are in close proximity. Whilst Canford Cliffs village is located about a mile away, offering a good selection of amenities and a number of eateries. The golden sandy and award winning beaches at Poole and Bournemouth, as well the world renowned Jurassic coast, are but a short distance away. The property is also conveniently situated for visiting both Bournemouth & Poole town centre’s. With inspiring destinations within easy reach, the local area has some of the very best attractions and scenery that Dorset has to offer.

“Group stay”

A group of 14 of us stayed here for a birthday celebration. On arrival the house was clean with all the amenities we were expecting. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing. There was plenty of room for us all in the living/ dining room. The only issue we had was the aga took a long time to heat up but the small oven came in very handy! The property managers were very helpful and always on hand for any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A very lovely house but it lacks in amenities such as; the linen was very old, the cooker was very slow to heat up even eggs, the quality of the beds and mattresses were very poor, the blinds were very impractical and wasn't able to provide the privacy we needed. However, it was great for large families and the children loved the garden, great parking and neighbourhood. You will definately need cars to get around as the house is not a reasonable walking distance to the beach.

Stayed at the house over the Easter week end as it was a special birthday for my mother and the whole family got together. The open plan kitchen, dining area and living area was very spacious and the children loved the games room especially the table tennis table. The weather was very good so we had a BBQ in the garden which is landscaped to a high standard and the garden is also very secure as we had young children and dogs with us. The fish aquarium in the snug area kept us all amused.

How do damage deposits work?
