11 Hartford Court is a contemporary Quality first floor apartment, with lift access making the property easily accessible for all guests and has its own allocated parking space and a secured covered storage area, ideal for bicycles and surf boards.
It is located in the beautiful seaside town of Bournemouth situated at the Bournemouth Town Centre end of Christchurch Road, within the East Cliff Conservation Area, which places the accommodation within easy walking distance of the sandy beaches, town centre, Coach and Train station.
This quality accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms - Bedroom 1 with King Size bed. Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds 2 can be zipped together to make a further king size bed. Apartment sleeps 5 comfortably but can accommodate 7 people using the sofa bed. Two shower- rooms (1 en suite), Fully Fitted Kitchen & Spacious Lounge-Diner.
This is the Ideal holiday accommodation for couples, singles and families and groups of friends. Bed- linen, towels, bathmats and tea towels are all included. Tea, coffee and milk welcome pack included, Weekly cleaning service provided for each Saturday for long stays.
Brief Description of accommodation: Internally, the property is furnished to a high standard throughout. Is able to accommodate 5 people comfortably, (7 if using the sofa bed). With two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and has French doors leading to a private balcony with table and chairs. The balcony provides an ideal place to relax after a day exploring the attractions of Bournemouth. The other bedroom has 3 single beds (2 can be zipped together to make a further king size bed) It has an en-suite shower room. A family bathroom with Shower. A spacious living area comprising of a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, ensuring that you have all the necessary accessories for your break in Bournemouth. The living space has a designated dining area as well as lounge area with two settees, side tables Internet TV and DVD player. Every effort has been made to make this accommodation home from home.
The Region. Dorset is situated on the south coast of England and offers the award winning sandy beaches and the Jurassic coastline. It offers a contrast of landscape, rolling hillsides, dramatic cliffs, to the heritage and history of castles, quiet villages and bustling towns. Various water sports activities such as kite surfing, water skiing and surfing. There are many pubs tucked away in the countryside to enjoy a quiet meal and a tipple!
Bournemouth: is well situated on the south coast, Transport links makes Bournemouth very accessible. Train and bus station is only 0.5 miles away from the accommodation. It offers a good road infrastructure, Bournemouth has its own international airport and close proximity to ferry terminals to France, Chanel Islands or the Isle of Wight.
11 Hartford Court is within easy walking distance to both Bournemouth and Boscombe blue flag sandy beaches, offering amusements, refreshments, ice creams and coffee shops, bars, toilet facilities and beach showers. Boscombe Pier offers surf shops and surf school nearby and the urban reef and Bournemouth Pier offers amusements, Zip wire, indoor climbing wall, the rock reef adventure activities and amusements.
The promenade runs from Mudeford Quay/ Hengistbury Head in the East through to Sandbanks in the West.
Bournemouth is a traditional town with a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes. The square offers regular themes. The Bournemouth Gardens is the centrepiece of the town and has Aviaries, Art exhibitions, Band stand, crazy golf, refreshments, toilet facilities and the Bournemouth EYE (Air balloon). The gardens lead to the beach and Pier Approach, where there is a carousel, refreshments, arcades, gift shops, fountains and outside concert area where many bands will play during the summer months. Regular firework displays each Friday evening through the summer holidays
Bournemouth Offers plenty of evening entertainment with live bands on the pier approach, Firework displays, amusement arcades, plenty of bars and restaurants. The Bournemouth International Centre, Pier and Pavilion hold many venues and offers a wide range of entertainment from comedy, theatre and bands The nightlife offers two casinos and an abundance of clubs suiting most adults. “Great stay in Bournemouth near beach”
Lovely stay at Jo s in Bournemouth. 2 bed both doubles one has an additional single or can be 3 singles. Comfy beds. 2 shower rooms. Comfy, clean. Small kitchen but all you need inc washing machine. Average sized lounge inc dining table for 6 and 3 and 2 seater sofa flat screen TV on wall. Extra touches from Jo in our case milk and biscuits think she varies this to family needs ? She could not have been more helpful pleasure to deal with. Beach over the road right along road and down a zig zag hill very walkable or there is parking there. I walked down and along the beach most days. Coop shop with varied stock inc pizza etc is 1 min away from apartment. Would stay again. Hope this is useful to other travellers? Also noted kid safe plugs in all unused sockets in lounge and opened a cupboards to see high chair type seat and travel cot so she seems to have all needs covered ? Any questions message her she comes back quickly in my experience either immediately if online or within same day. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the few days that we spent at Eastcliff. The flat was very comfortable and the location was excellent - very handy for the seafront and for Bournemouth city centre.
I have just returned from a week's stay at this apartment. What a fabulous apartment it is, so clean and has everything you could need. It's based between Boscombe and Bournemouth town centre so is really accessible to everything you could need. We used the buses all week as the bus stop is right opposite the apartment and we used the yellow buses as we found the drivers really polite and helpful. We used both bedrooms and also the sofa bed which was more than adequate for a week's stay. Christine, the owner is a delightful lady, very helpful and efficient. We kept in touch via e-mails and she was there to meet us on arrival and departure. We will certainly be returning next year hopefully.
