A stunning, contemporary, ground floor apartment located within the East Cliff conservation area in the beautiful seaside town of Bournemouth.
The apartment has been completely refurbished to a high standard. Features include a stunning 50" flat screen television, WiFi & Nespresso coffee machine for that fresh coffee first thing in the morning and a luxurious corner sofa which is perfect for relaxing on after a days sightseeing.
This lovely two bed apartment makes an ideal holiday retreat offering all the features of a hotel suite but without the price tag.
Internally, the property is lovely and spacious comprising of two bedrooms. The apartment is ideally located within easy walking distance of Bournemouth's stunning beaches, pier, town centre, train station, shops, restaurants and pubs. It's perfect for holidays, short breaks, visiting friends and relatives or the University. It's an ideal base for exploring Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Sandbanks and the surrounding attractions.Bedroom 1 with a king size bed & en suite, bedroom 2 is a twin room with a zip and link mattress so can be converted into a super king bed on request. A travel cot is also available on request. There are 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), entrance hall, open-plan lounge, dining area with table and chairs and stylish kitchen providing sociable living space. The fully-fitted kitchen comprises of oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment also comes with the convenience of FREE parking which is an added bonus in Bournemouth.

Weekly cleaning service provided on each Saturday for long stays.

The flat was easy to find and very easy to access. It is a relaxing place to stay. It is just a short stroll down through the chine to Boscombe pier and sea front. It is then about 15 mins walk to Bournemouth.
“It’s got it all”
Second time we have stayed here. Last time was 2 summers ago when our youngest was one, high chair and cot supplied no problem at all. And a great week we had. In 2018 the week was better....maybe because the youngest is now three and we don’t need quite so much stuff! Add to that a six year old and they were so excited about sharing a room. The apartment is everything that everyone has reported it is. The owner goes out of his way to make sure all is ok, both before and during your stay. It’s all top notch. Location is perfect, both Piers within walking distance, there is a Co-op shop on the road and a nice little Natural Science Museum (go to that......limited opening, but a gem!). We got a Tesco delivery to the apartment : no probs at all.....can confirm that they deliver all ok to the address! Outside off the back of Bedroom 1, there is a fenced off area, so if you have little children they can play there - access is only through Bedroom 1, so very safe indeed. There is also a table and a couple of chairs outside in this area......so perfect for drying swim stuff off. Apartment is big enough to just do nothing but ‘switch off’, especially if it’s raining. The kitchen/diner room is lovely. Easy parking as well at the front of the apartment. The Table Table restaurant at the Premier Inn is perfect to eat at if you’ve been travelling down. If anything we enjoyed this trip more than 2016 as we knew our way around, we will definitely return as there is plenty more to see, and loads of places to go to. Last tip : utterly exhaust the kids out with walking, and they sleep for ages! Our thanks to the owner for making our stay all so easy. Top chap.

“Excellent apartment 5 stars”
Me and my family stayed at the luxury apartment on the 1st Sunday n bank holiday Monday May. This apartment is the best apartment we stayed in. Very New, clean n have 2 desperate bathroom. 1 ensuite n 1 bathroom. We all very happy with the stay. Especially you can leave your car there before checking in. As parking in the car park cost a foutune. Only few mins walk from the Chine Garden park to the Seafront. My dog very happy there too.

Exactly as described on holiday lettings website, small outside area off main bedroom could do with a small outside table and chairs so you could sit and enjoy a morning coffee. Close to all amenities and a lovely walk through the chine gardens to the beach. Would recommend to all, no problem with arrival and help was just a call if required, thanks to Giovanni for assistance when needed. Mick Nottingham

A comfortable flat with all the facilities. Central to the town and transportation services. The owner responds quickly to any maintenance requests and the weekly cleaning services is marvelous

Clear instructions how how to find it. Lovely apartment. Clean and plenty of room for what ee required. Close to all amenities. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Only slight downside we're the neighbours who were very active in the early hours!

Great location, easy to walk to beach & into Bournemouth and Boscombe- left car parked outside and didn't use it until we left. Apartment very clean, very comfy bed and powerful shower. We really enjoyed our weekend and would recommend this apartment.

Wanted a place by the sea - Well this flat was perfect - a short walk to the sandy beaches of Bournemouth. The flat was very clean and offered everything you would need, very pleased indeed. If I had to find fault with anything it would be the lack of a table by the settee - a small nest of tables would sit nicely in the corner and we certainly would have used them instead of using a chair. Would definitely return.

“ideal base for us to go walking along beach”
stayed in apartment with elderly father so ideal with no stairs to climb and he had his own bedroom. five mins walk to beach, 1 mile walk from Bournemouth town centre. we were on walking holiday so could leave the car at apartment and just walk out. Apartment had everything we needed
