The ultimate boutique dinner party venue. A detached house originally built in the 1930's as a very spacious Gentleman's residence with 16 rooms, all with tall ceilings. Located on a tree lined road, shielded from view by tall fences and gardens filled with towering trees and an eclectic collection of rare shrubs separating 3 grassy lawns. A gated driveway that squeeze in up to 8 cars.

Now completely refurbished to a luxurious standard, with lots of the latest technology designed to keep guests of all ages completely entertained as well as a ladies pamper room with hair dresser chairs and massage tables.

Guests have complete privacy inside the house as it is detached with excellent soundproofing. GROUND FLOOR = Excess of 100+ square meters; 1ST FLOOR = 100+ square meters; 2ND FLOOR: 30+ more square meters. Total space within house, 230+ square meters.

5 min drive to nearby swimming pool, GYM & SPA.

The GRAND ENTRANCE HALLWAY (5.77m x 3.05m or 18'11 x 10') leads onto 3 separate reception rooms and a large kitchen diner.

DINING ROOM (5.16m x 3.94m or 16'11 x 12'11): Open log fire. Banqueting tables seat up to 18 with fully laid table. 40 inch wall hung smart tv, with cable tv and Freeview. 5 large traditional bay windows that flood the room with sunlight whilst overlooking the tall trees and shrubs in the front garden.

LOUNGE (6.17m x 3.94m or 20'3 x 12'11): Open log fire. Luxury sofas and reclining chairs to seat 12+. 55 inch smart tv hanging from wall, with virgin cable tv and amazon tv. More huge bay windows flooding the room with natural sunlight and overlooking the front garden.

GAMES ROOM (4.06m x 3.84m or 13'4 x 12'7): Open log fire. Sofas and reclining chairs to seat 8+. Sofas convert into very very comfortable double beds, surrounded with lots of cushions. Can be used as a ground floor bedroom for the less able, along with the two ground floor bathrooms, one of which includes a walk in shower room.

FARMHOUSE STYLE KITCHEN/ DINER (6.63m x 3.81m or 21'9 x 12'6): PERFECT FOR THE ULTIMATE DINNER PARY HOSTESS. Dining table seats 8+. American fridge freezer, with ice machine. Two full size digital eye level ovens. Double Belfast sink. Kitchen island. 2 separate gas hobs (5 burner & a 4 burner), with 2 separate extractor hoods. Cutlery, champagne glasses, wine glasses, white crockery. Full range of ovenware and serving dishes.

8 DOUBLE BEDROOMS: All contain pocket sprung mattresses, which are supplied with freshly laundered 100% cotton bed linen and towels. We may be able to supply additional fold up beds.

Bathrooms 5 to 7: These additional bathrooms will be installed and operational from April 2017. The house will then have a total of 7 bathrooms and each of the 7 bathrooms will have a thermostatic mixer shower, toilet and wash basin. (Bathroom 2 above on the ground floor will also have a mixer shower added).

This is not a party house. We do not accept bookings from stag groups. Swearing & shouting prohibited in garden. However, as the house is detached, with excellent sound proofing, Guests enjoy the ultimate in privacy and complete freedom of expression when inside house.
