An unusually large and spacious house, perfect for big families- especially those with lots of children who need plenty of space to run around and play. Situated on a tree lined road, surrounded by bright, mature flowers, shrubs and a hedgerow giving the lawns (and yes the trampoline) a high degree of privacy and seclusion. Gated driveway for parking up to 8 cars.

Now sensitively refurbished to a luxurious standard with new beautiful wooden floors throughout. This 1930’s house was originally designed with one thing in mind: large rooms, large wooden bay windows & lots of natural sunlight. Over 100 square meters of entertaining space on ground floor with a grand entrance hallway, large kitchen diner, dining room that seats 18, & lounge with an open log fire. Further 30 square meters of floor space on 2nd floor.

Total of 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are shower rooms.

Brand new central heating system means you will never run out of hot water and with radiators on, house heats up within less than 15 minutes.

45 second walk to 100’s of square meters of huge grassy green park, with children’s play area, woodland walks and even a dedicated athletics training ground.

3 min drive to nearby tennis courts & bowls club

5 min drive to the blue flag sandy Southbourne beach, with free all day parking nearby.

5 min drive to nearby swimming pool and modern spa facility

Less than 10 mins in taxi to Bournemouth town center.

Our gardens are designed for children to run around, play & enjoy themselves. Still, we can only let our house out to considerate groups who genuinely understand that our neighbours must be respected at all times of the day. Raised voices/ rowdy behaviour near property, in the garden or when entering/ exiting the property is strictly prohibited at any time of day. Sorry, but music cannot be played in the garden or through open windows. Cannot be used as a house party venue.

It was absolutely wonderful, the house is beautiful and clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there. Great location,close to the beach. Loved it!
