Description

Large 5 bedroomed family house (sleeps 12) with an impressive garden - first time listed. Situated 8 minutes drive from beautiful sandy beaches and Bournemouth town center. The property is within walking distance of Meyrick Park and Meyrick Park golf course. The house is suitable for family holidays, special occasions, friends reunions and golf groups.

There is a spacious garden that is suitable for people to relax and entertain (barbeque and outdoor eating) and for children to play football, volleyball, badminton and basketball.

Off road parking is available for three cars in the drive, whilst there is ample restriction free parking on the road outside the property. The property is located on a quiet residential road in a neighborhood watch area.

THE HOUSE

- Two spacious reception rooms; one used as a formal reception with sitting and dining/party space.

The second reception room can be used as a TV/sitting area or can be rearranged as a "pampering salon" (enquire with host for details) or as a children's play area with television, games console and table tennis/table football.

- Huge secluded garden with sitting/dining area and barbeque. Recreation facilities for children and families; basketball, volleyball/badminton and football goal posts. In addition, there is an attached garage where table tennis and table football are available.

- Large kitchen diner with a big table and kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge freezer, two ovens, microwave and five ring hob.

- Five bedrooms

Two spacious double bedrooms with the option of adding a third single bed in each room. The two large bedrooms can also be rearranged for beauty/pampering purposes for groups.

Three double bedrooms arranged with either single or double beds.

Requests can be made for additional children beds or cots.

- Two bathrooms; one en-suite with a shower and one family bathroom with a bath and shower. There is a downstairs toilet.

One travel cot, child's high-chair, bed linen and towels at no extra charge.

Loud music not acceptable

No excessive noise after 10:00 pm

Everything was as described, if not better. All rooms are lovely sized and as new furniture. Lovely hosts. Made the group fee really welcome. Would definitely book again.

How do damage deposits work?
