Sunnywell offers a comfortable, stylish barn conversion with full central heating. Upstairs huge exposed A-frames ooze rustic charm. There is an open plan living area with leather suite, child gate, TV. DVD player, CD, radio, large dining table and a kitchen area containing fan oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and many useful extras. There is a full-length window and French doors (with balustrade outside), making the most of the gorgeous views of the Cornish countryside. Downstairs there is a large, vaulted master bedroom with exposed beams, a king size bed and a large en-suite shower room. The twin room has beds that can be zipped and linked into a fantastic 6' bed and there is a luxurious family bathroom with a shower over the bath.Sunnywell now offers free wi-fi connecrtion . In a sperate small barn there is a washing machine, freezer, tumble dryer, half size table tennis and lots of room to store bilkes, surf boards etc.

Sunnywell Barn is detached and in it's own grounds. It has a large concrete yard for parking and playing together with a lawn (with washing line) and flower beds. The patio hashardwood furniture and there is a bbq. In the smaller detached barn you will find a half size table tennis table , plenty to room to store bikes, surf boards etc and your washing machine and tumble dryer.

Further details

Properties are let for full weeks in high season (between Easter and the end of September) and arrival day is Saturday (although we will be flexible when possible). Short breaks are welcome outside of this period . Please contact us for deails and check our website for special offers.

The Cornwall region

Cornwall is in the privileged position of having two coastlines: the Atlantic coast famous for its surfing beaches and huge expanses of golden sand, and the English Channel coast which is more gentle with hidden coves, tranquil creeks and small harbours. Tregullon is in the centre of Cornwall and is ideally placed to visit all all of Cornwall. From Tregullon you can easily acces the A30 and A38.

When you stay with us you will be given a huge array of leflets and information for countless local attractions such as the Eden project,several National trust properties, Newquay zoo, Poldark Mine ans the Lost gardens of Helligan to name but a few . Cornwall has lots of family orientated visitor attraction / theme parks and lots for the grown ups - museums, galleries and amazing gardens. Don't forget the beaches, coastal walks and moors. Cornwall is bursting with great places to eat and wonderful local produce.

"Absolutely Wonderful Sunnywell"

This was our fifth stay at Sunnywell and as always everything was perfect. Jill, David and the family always make you feel really welcome. All of the lodges and Sunnywell are always spotlessly clean and really well equipped with everthing you could possibly need to make your holiday perfect. They are very well situated to visit North and South Cornwall and in a lovely quiet farm setting, but still within easy reach of Bodmin town and the A30 main road. A cream tea awaits you on arrival as well as a good friendly welcome. We can't wait to get back there again!

Thank you for your lovely review - it was great to see you again and I am delighted that you had an enjoyable week. I am sorry that you were not 100% happy with the bed. I have had a good look at it and ordered a new mattress. Look forward to seeing you again next year.

"A little gem in the cornish countryside"

A superb barn conversion in a central location ideal for exploring Cornwall. Property is in superb condition and fully equipped with everything you could need. Owners are friendly, extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We have returned to Sunnywell for last four years and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Thank you for your great review. I just wanted to let you know that the mattress in the main bedroom is being replaced this week. Look forward to seeing you again next year.
