Hampton House is a brand new, beautiful and luxurious five star home located in an award-winning village in England.

Providing a unique opportunity to stay in a home with all amenities imaginable.

The house comprises of a secure electric gated entrance, benefits from parking for 6 cars, security camera's, air conditioning, Fast Wifi Speed covering the entirety of the property including outside, Large farmhouse kitchen provided with 2 microwave ovens, 2 dishwashers, trash compacter, wine chiller, freezer, fridge along with 2 drawer fridges, food disposer integrated into the sink and a Quettle instant boiling water tap, the whole property is integrated with Sonos music system, including connecting to outside space.

Laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers along with butler sink.

New addition will be coming soon for 2023 bookings.

A beautiful peaceful Spanish patio area.

Office space when you have to continue the business, including a room with pool table and darts, formal lounge with a cosy fireplace, a formal dining room to seat 8 with another 7 to sit around the kitchen dining table, a tranquil Pebble room with bi-folds on leading out to the indoor-outdoor area.

Indoor/outdoor area with kitchen, bbq area with outdoor fireplace, a hidden drop-down smart tv with steps sinking into the heated pool.

Pool area with loungers resting in shallow water attached to the pool, hot tub area and gazebo with outdoor sofa's, plenty of seating for comfort and outside dining.

The loft room has a beautiful french kingsize bed with drop-down lighting along with an ensuite.

All bedrooms in Hampton House are furnished to a very high standard with ensuite's and air conditioning,

Spacious entrance with a grand staircase leading to upstairs 4 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is our master bedroom with its own wing of the house, this room is panelled and with parquet flooring, a walk-in wardrobe and a large ensuite with a bath, shower, double sinks and bidet.

Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed with parquet flooring, large built-in wardrobe space and a large ensuite.

Bedroom 3 has a zip and link bed so can either be 2 single beds or has the option to be a super king bed, this can be arranged before your stay, with an ensuite and carpet with a sofa bed.

Bedroom 4 is a carpeted bedroom with a beautiful ensuite with a king-size french bed.

Bedroom 5 is our loft room with a shower ensuite.

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 all can be provided with a travel cot.

This is a very spacious house perfect to accommodate large families and friends. Perfect for a staycation, a great replacement for abroad.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Georgina (the owner) a message.

If Georgina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
