Fairwinds is a wonderfully welcoming holiday bungalow located within an easy flat walk to the Lane End shops and the beach and less than ten minutes walk to the renowned Crab & Lobster (or a minute by car)...

With both a double bedroom and a twin the bungalow is both spacious and decorated to a high standard throughout..

The kitchen is well equipped and as well as a microwave, kettle, toaster, oven with hob, cutlery and crockery there is a washing machine and dishwasher.

The driveway holds two cars very comfortably (public transport is also closeby for those not bringing a car) while the very well looked after rear garden is a delight, laid to lawn and plants with garden furniture for Al Fresco dining.

In addition there is a lovely furnished conservatory which leads to the garden. The sitting room has a good size television, dining table and comfortable sofas.

The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower, wash basin and wc.

Fairwinds has both a log burner and central heating along with wifi (free).

Bembridge has been voted by the BBC's Countryfile magazine for 2019 and the magazine notes the array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants with a wonderful coastal setting - Fairwinds is ideally located to enjoy both Bembridge and the island and included are fresh linen and towels.

Fairwinds is a beautiful bungalow in a very peaceful location. Finished to a high standard with all you need to make a perfect holiday. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
