Welcome to Gleneagles Luxury Apartments

We are a privately owned family run business based in Auchterarder that have been welcoming guests to our luxury self catering apartments since 2014. The apartments are situated alongside the world renowned Gleneagles Hotel & Golf Courses.

The luxury apartments offer an excellent retreat in the stunning location of Gleneagles. We are ideally situated for a short break or for those who want to stay a little longer. Either way our apartments are a great base for exploring Perthshire and beyond with many of the major tourist destinations within an hours drive or train journey. From the cities of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and Stirling to the picturesque scenery of Perthshire, Loch Lommond & The Trossachs

On the first day, guests will receive a complimentary breakfast pack including fresh bread, tea and coffee, fruit juice and cereals.

The apartment features free Wi-Fi, a lounge and dining area, as well as a modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms and 2 double bedrooms, the master bed room is en suite

The bedrooms can be set out to suit your bed preferences: 2 singles and 1 extra large double or 2 extra large doubles or 4 singles. Please state your preference at time of booking.

Children are welcome however the apartments sleep 4 persons. One child under 6 may stay free of charge if using an existing bed as we do not have capacity for extra beds

The Main bathroom has bath with overhead shower

The spacious lounge and dining area features a balcony where you can unwind and relax with a glass of wine.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your culinary needs.

We have a no smoking policy throughout the apartments

We offer free on-site parking.

Please note we are privately owned and not part of The Gleneagles Hotel Group.

However the apartments are in an excellent location situated next to the Hotel, the activities school and the world renowned golf courses . Which are all within 5 minutes walking distance of Guthrie Court

As non-residents of the hotel you may book any of their restaurants, including: The Dormy House, Deseo, Andrew Fairlies and The Strathearn(These should be booked direct via the hotel prior to your stay)

Activities at the hotel can also be booked by non residents. Some of these include: Horse Riding, Indoor Tennis, Offroad driving, Falconry, Fishing and Golf days

The award winning spa at Gleneagles can be booked directly through the hotel.(Please note the spa is very popular and should be booked well in advance to avoid disapointment)

Non-residents do not have access to the hotels leisure pool as this is for hotel guests and members only. Unless booking a spa day through the hotel itself

The apartments are not suitable for wheel chair access as there is no lift or ramp.

Why can't I call LINDA (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact LINDA (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send LINDA (the owner) a message.

If LINDA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
