SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION IN ARNSIDE FOR UP TO 6 PEOPLE.

OUR IMMACULATE APARTMENT IS SITUATED ON THE PROMENADE IN ARNSIDE.

Dating from circa 1800, the property has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.

From the windows you can watch the tidal bore as it rushes up the Kent estuary, the wading birds feeding on the sand banks, in summer the occasional steam train as it skirts the coast and crosses the 1857 viaduct and at the end of the day there are the glorious sunsets that Arnside is famous for.

Arnside is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is an ideal base from which to explore the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Forest of Bowland. The surrounding area has an abundance of interesting places to visit including Arnside Knott (SSSI), Leighton Moss RSPB reserve, Sizergh Castle and Levens Hall.

For keen walkers there are numerous coastal and countryside paths, whilst golfing enthusiasts can enjoy a round or two at the course in Silverdale.

Bay View House has been a holiday let for over 10 years now. Until recently we have not advertised as most of our bookings are repeat bookings from previous guests, so book early to avoid disappointment!

Why can't I call Roger (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roger (the owner) a message.

If Roger (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
