Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Perfect” Fantastic house in the best location. This was our second stay here and can't wait go back. Beautiful view out to see from kitchen window. So much to do in the area and this is the best house to do it all from.
“Holidays weekend” Excellent accommodation. Very well kept and near all amenities. We got great communication from the renters and they explained everything before our visit. This really is first class accommodation and comes highly recommended.
“Beautiful accommodation” Great location. Well fitted out house with very comfortable living room/ bedrooms. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen - home from home. We were celebrating a family birthday and Kate very kindly popped in with a present for my mum. Very kind and made her day. We’ll visit again.
“Perfect position with character.” This house is close to all the amenities of the charming village of Portpatrick. The house was clean and ideal for couples or family having bedrooms and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. Some down sides to it are the main room only is comfortable for 3 people however the kitchen/ diner is of a good size. There is no wardrobe in the downstairs bedroom. The garden is steep and one set of steps leading up to the patio are not easily managed therefore if you have young children or old dogs they will need supervising. However this is a lovely place to stay and Portpatrick itself boasts 3 lovely pubs (one not dog friendly) and Coopers is a lovely restaurant if you want something a bit more upmarket.
“Absolutely fantastic.” Wonderful house very quirky.Loads of room for our needs (3 adults 4 children). The
B B Q was a huge hit although the rain stopped play. Our 10 year old grandson caught a fish with the first cast in and then another with the second cast.He was so happy as never fished before. The beaches are fantastic, saltpan is a bit difficult to access being over 70 I couldn’t do it but the rest loved it saw dolphins and seals.Everything in the house was very clean and we felt safe in these uncertain times.Thank you Rosemary.
