Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Wonderful location and comfortable base” Bayview Cottage is a revelation once you climb the stairs to the lounge/kitchen upstairs area. Cosy, well equipped and relaxing topped off with a cracking view across the bay at St Michael’s Mount and Penzance harbour. Plus a little outside viewing area where several people can sit in comfort and enjoy the view.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms (one en-suite) and a separate bathroom. The beds are comfortable and generously furnished with thick bedding. One of the most comfortable nights’ sleep I have experienced when staying away from home.
This is a great base from which to explore this lovely part of Cornwall. The cottage is walking distance to train and bus stations. We did not have need of the car in practice.
There are some nice spots to eat locally. We quite enjoyed the Longboat pub and restaurant which is a short walk from the cottage. Very friendly service.
Overall, highly recommended.
“Excellent” Great holiday home. Spacious and comfortable.
Kids were well entertained by the playroom when it rained and the trampoline and basketball hoop were well used after trips to the beach.
The American fridge with ice cold water and ice on tap was cool
Recommend holiday home
“Everything you could wish for and more!” The fact that we have returned to this property for the last seven years and will hopefully return for many more, says everything about the quality of the cottage and the superb service offered by the owners.
Tremorvah offers everything you could wish for and more with fantastic facilities and a view to die for! The historic town centre is a few minutes walk away and offers something for everyone with a plethora of galleries, restaurants, unique shops and of course the art Deco lido.
Great road, rail and sea connections mean the rest of this beautiful county (and the Isles of Scilly) are all within easy reach and make Tremorvah the ideal base for your explorations.
At the end of the day there's nowhere better to recharge your batteries and relax with those beautiful sea views. That's if you can tear yourself away from this wonderful cottage in the first place!
