“Five Star Self Catering Accommodation” Our Group of 6 Adults and 2 Children (3 & 1) stayed for 3 nights at the Old Shippon to celebrate a 50th birthday. The cottage is beautiful, layout is perfect, location outstanding and absolutely everything you need is catered for (even fresh-laid eggs!). The weather was mixed during our stay, with the children really enjoying the outside space when sunny, but there was a Wii, DVDs and board games all to keep them entertained if it was wet too. It was quite humid during our stay but I can imagine the under floor heating being very comforting during the winter. Over-all I would highly recommend this accommodation and hope to be back at some point.

“Modern, clean, spacious accommodation and friendly and helpful host” We have stayed at the barn before and could not fault the accommodation at all! It is a very central location for many attractions such as Cadbury World, Drayton Manor and Chester Zoo, to name but a few! Having small children, the fact that it is self catering suits us far better. The cottage has everything you could need for a trip away and also has an enclosed rear garden which is safe for the children to play in. Our hosts provided toys and DVD's for our children which we very much appreciated. We will definitely be back!!!
