    Lovely Cottage

We had a fantastic Easter break at this cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated throughout and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and brand new oven. The bed was extremely comfy and the log burner was delightful. The cottage is situated right in the center of Hawes, this was really convenient and close to all the pubs and restaurants. We would love to go back soon. see more

    Perfectly peaceful

Super position, so much to do locally together with walks from the door The cottage is superbly presented with everything well thought through, very cosy and comfortable - loved the bathrooms and the woodburner! Stunning views from every window. Dent/Dentdale and Clapham well worth a visit for walking. Sedburgh is a must for 3 Hares cafe/bistro alone! Owners very friendly, helpful and informative and we send all good wishes with this venture to them see more

Nice Cottage, great place to relax

Just had a really enjoyable 1 week break. The Cottage is well equipped, nice and warm and located within a small Hamlet about 1 mile from Hawes itself. A little welcome pack awaited us which was a nice touch; thanks Deborah! You can walk over the fields to Hawes so missing out the Main Road (A684) although I wouldn't recommend either at night. There are also other numerous walks that start from the front door so leaving the car behind is easily an option. Hawes itself has plenty on offer as do many of the Villages / numerous attractions that are within easy reach by car. Being a keen real ale drinker, The Crown at Hawes and the Farmers Arms in Muker both serve 'Old Peculier'; I challenge you to find a better pint locally! Both serve equally good pub grub at reasonable prices too. This is an excellent value Cottage and is recommended. see more
