Lovely but lack of heating

Cabin was lovely but stay was spoiled by lack of heating and hot water. Couldn't enjoy the hot tub due to this. Not the best having the plumbers there trying to fix it when you're entertaining! And then having to be in for plumber on the Saturday. Glad they supplied plug in heater (owner helpful) but still not enough to heat the whole place and no hot water was a big issue. Would like some sort of partial refund or healthy discount off future stay!? Would defo go back. … see more
