“A beautiful holiday flat” We booked this flat for 3 nights during half term. 2 Adults and 4 children. Parking was good. You are not always guaranteed a spot right outside the flat but plenty of parking very close by. It is a really beautifully presented flat that we all absolutely loved. Good beds to sleep in with lovely bedding. We would definitely return for a Brighton break to this lovely flat.

“spacious and comfortable with an excellent kitchen” The flat is bigger than I expected it to be, and very comfortable. We had four adults staying over five weeks and space was no trouble at all. The kichen was better than any other self-catering flat I've stayed in; it was so well-equipped that cooking for the group was a pleasure.

“Fabulous cottage, excellent location for a party weekend” We booked th cottage for our friends Hendo, it didn't disappoint. Excellently located near the lanes in Brighton, surrounded by pubs, restaurants & shops so excellent for what we wanted, however, wouldn't recommend or a quiet weekend retreat due to the noise from the near by pubs & the people using the lane for more than a cut through! The cottage is so unique in it decor, great little quirks like the upside down wallpaper & the tiny door, cannot recommend it enough for a Girly weekend. There were 7 of us so it was cosy but not too over crowded, showering did need to be planned but we weren't rushing so it was no problem. If your lucky enough to be going to brighton with the girls we would thoroughly recommend the cottage. Co-op is near by so you can stock up on the essentials & some excellent restaurants are in walking distance. Enjoy!
