“Fabulous location with sea views with superb accomodation.” You could not place this house in a better spot in Brighton I'm sure as not only have you sea views from the property but everything needed is in walking distance, from shops to bars, restaurants and clubs (what more could you ask for). The accommodation is extremely comfortable and so beautifully decorated, very elegant and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to friends and would hope to one day visit again.

“Excellent apartment in good position.” When my wife and I arrived at the apartment block we quickly made contact and were shown our parking spot and given the keys to the apartment. Everything was clean, modern and immaculately prepared. The apartment is situated on the tenth floor facing south so it has a spectacular view out to the sea. There is access from the lounge to the balcony so you can see the beach and the remnants of the west pier across the road. The bedroom is snug but has a very comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV. Bathroom is immaculate. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with a larger TV. The kitchen has everything you need, but we did not use anything except the kettle, toaster and fridge. There are so many restaurants in the vicinity we always ate out. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, with a reasonable walk to the main pier, the Pavilion and Museum, the Lanes shopping and the North Lanes. It was far enough away to be quiet but still accessible to the centre. After walking around the Pavilion and the shops it was perfect sitting on the balcony in the late afternoon sun! We found the apartment to be excellent, decorated to a very high standard and maintained very well. We were very impressed and are considering going back again sometime in the future. The owner Olivia was very organised and made sure everything was OK for us. (The return of the deposit was also made very quickly.)

“Extremely comfortable and well appointed cottage with spectacular sea views” We have stayed here twice and will definitely stay again. We like the quiet location and the extremely comfortable, spacious, very well equipped cottage. Fantastic sea views with ever-changing skies and colours and wonderful cliff walks right outside the front gate. Excellent and reliable free wi-fi. Travelling from Australia this is the perfect place to recover from the flight and jetlag. Our Brighton family loved visiting us here and it was easy to cook for all of us. Easy to walk to local shops and a great bus service with timetable to go into Brighton and then up to the beautiful South Downs. We both very highly recommend The Promenade

“Luxury Convenient Apartment” This apartment is absolutely delightful should you want the peace of a seaside resort, hand in hand with a vibrant city 5 minutes down the road. I stayed here with 2 girl friends and we had a really relaxing time staying in the apartment and wandering out into the city when we wanted to. Transport was no problem and shops are (very conveniently) local. No problems with noise or neighbours. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

“Fantastic view” James, who owns the apartment, is great to book with and very responsive. The apartment is perfect for a stay in Brighton...fab view, super balcony, great location and a nice, light and bright space. There isn’t parking but we used JustPark app and found parking that was reasonably priced nearby. All-in-all a great find - thank you James!

“A real treasure!” A big group of us stayed at wonderland for a friend's surprise birthday and everyone was overwhelmed with how spectacular the house was! There were lots of wonderful details and things to discover as well as being in the perfect setting, such a short walk to the beach and shops. It had everything we could of wanted and Jacqueline was so helpful with answering any questions we had. Thank you wonderland for such a magical stay!

“Great place” We have just got back from staying in this lovely apartment & are already planning another trip. Lovely place, great location. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace watching the world go by. Beds were very comfortable & the apartment has everything you need if you want to cook although it's very near some great restaurants. Would highly recommend.
