“Comfortable, well-furnished, clean, big house in a good location” We were lucky to stay in this house. It looked as good as the pics and possibly even better. The dining room was so elegantly laid out, that made all of us go 'wow!' when we first stepped into the house. We travelled in a family group with children, including an infant. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, we held a dinner party (inviting family who live nearby) the first night we arrived. The owner gave us the contact of a chef (Matt) who came to the house within 3 hours and we had a last minute dinner party that night for 30 guests! That's how big the house is. There's a pool table and 2 lounge rooms to hang out. The bedrooms were of very good size. We had clean sheets, fresh towels, lots of hangers and pillows. The bathrooms were clean and hot water was not a problem. The washing machine and dryer worked perfectly well and was well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. It surpassed our expectations.

“Beautiful” We stayed at Church Farm for a week and have no bad words to say. Having said that it depends on your expectations. We stayed with 4 adults and our dog and had plenty of room for everyone. If you are expecting the height of luxury then this is not the place for you. It is homely and a little dated but very clean and everything you need. Kitchen was well equipped although we only ate breakfast in. Edna the owner and the various people working on the farm were all extremely accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We chatted to various people and was allowed to stroke the horses and wander around the farm freely which was lovely. The dog must be kept on a lead whilst on the farm. There is a beautiful walk along the river which the dog can roam freely. We would definitely come back again as is a perfect place for visiting the surrounding areas as you are not far from the new forest and the beaches. Would recommend and thank you for having us. See you again soon.

“Great Apartment, Good location” Booked apartment to visit family in bournemouth. owners flexible with length of stay so that was great. Its a modern very clean apartment & it was ideal for our needs. Its about a 10-15 min walk into the middle of bournemouth. I found the owners really helpful, lovely people, would recommend this apartment.

“Baby's first trip to the seaside!” We had a lovely stay in the apartment. The owners communication from the offset was great. Everything you could need was at the apartment plus lots and lots of cute little extras! (Buckets and spades, games, books, throws to name a few). It was like a home from home! It was really clean and decorated well. The roof terrace had gorgeous views! Location great- only a five minute walk to the beach and a few restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and it made our first trip with a four month old really enjoyable and convienent. Would definitely stay here again :-).

“WONDERFUL LOCATION” Perfect location easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and beach and other attractions! Apartment fitted to high specification, well equipped for self catering. “Lovely stay” My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of the month for a little get away. We couldn't have been any happier with our stay. The flat was very modern, very clean and we had everything we needed and more. The owner Pam was absolutely lovely and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. “Lovely House - Great for the Family” My parents booked this house for extended family stay, we had 6 adults and 3 children and a baby in the house. On arrival the house was very clean and tidy, a very nice welcome pack was there with lunch provided - nice loaf of fresh bread along with cheese, crackers and other little nibbles. The location is great with 10 mins drive of either Boscombe front or parking in Bournemouth. There are decent shops for food within 10mins walk (Tesco Express) or with 5mins is a smaller Premier Corner Shop, between them these stocked all the food we needed for the week (well other than the tesco home delivery we had come direct to the house
