From the owner

Our flat is located within the new waterfront area of Plymouth. The flat is within easy walking distance of the City Centre, Plymouth Hoe, the Barbican and the Royal William Yard. Visiting to see a show?, then the flat is ideally situated for both the Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions. The flat has stunning views over Plymouth Sound from its balcony and bedroom windows and has an allocated underground car parking space.

This is a two bedroom flat that can accommodate six people. The master bedroom has a double bed, shower and toilet en suite and window with views over Millbay Marina and Plymouth Sound. The second bedroom has twin beds whilst in the lounge area there is a double sofa bed. A bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin is off the hallway for guests to use. Fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge freezer, washing machine with tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge area has a breakfast table and chairs (x4) for guests use. WiFi is available to guests.

Guest access

As guests you will have exclusive use of this two bed / 6 berth flat for the duration of your stay. Access is available from 3pm on day of arrival. You will be sent your access code to the key safe on the evening before you arrive. This will give you access to the front door key for both the outside door, flat door and parking fob (PLEASE make sure you scramble the key code once you have picked up your keys!). Parking is behind the block of flats and underground. You will have ONE allocated and numbered parking bay for the duration of your stay. For additional parking there is on street parking on the adjoining roads. On your day of departure please vacate the flat by 10am, unless otherwise agreed in advance. PLEASE ENSURE THE KEYS AND CAR PARK FOB ARE RETURNED TO THE KEY SAFE ON YOUR DEPARTURE.

Access from 3pm on your day of arrival. Check out by 10am on day of departure. Please leave the property as you found it.

Why can't I call Suzanne / Nigel (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Suzanne / Nigel (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Suzanne / Nigel (the owner) a message.

If Suzanne / Nigel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
