Our family double glazed caravan is situated in a unique position in the heart of Lyme Regis on our privately owned pitch with stunning views of the Cobb and Lyme Bay from nearly every window, there is also a glass decking that is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunset over the harbour and Cobb, it’s just a short 3 minute walk to Lyme Regis's award winning sandy beach and a stone throw to the dog friendly Monmouth beach.

The costal path passes beside us which allows access to some of the most beautiful costal walks from just outside the door.

We are just above Monmouth beach one of the best fossil hunting areas on the Jurassic Coast.

It is very centralised and is within walking distance to the town centre as well as The Cobb.

Lots of restaurants and pubs are just a short walk, as well as some of the best fish and chips kiosks on the beach.

Lyme Regis is a picturesque coastal town noted for its many character buildings, century’s old Cobb Harbour and unspoilt surrounding countryside. There is also a sailing club, bowls, golf course, theatre and numerous local societies.

Please note that Linen is not provided, we do provide double and single duvets and pillows. Guests will need to bring their own bed linen, towels including tea, bath, beach, hand & shower mat.

Unfortunately being on a private non commercial site means we do not have easy access to a laundrette, so cannot provide this service.

Whilst we are doggy friendly accommodation, we kindly ask that your pets respect our furniture in the caravan. The location of the caravan, albeit central, is in a quiet location and so we would also ask that you keep disturbance to a minimum.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Amy (the owner) a message.

If Amy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
